HR integrations

Goal

Operate HR connectors: employee JSON export/import, attendance device pull/push (TCP / ADMS), probe/poll/reprocess, and device↔employee mappings. Setup controls sync policy and connector types. Government PSSC filing portals are not connected here — use Payroll Compliance for calc/export.

Who it is for

Ops: hr_integrations.manage. Setup: hr_integrations.admin. Module hr_integrations.

Preconditions

• Module enabled; devices reachable when using attendance hardware.
• Vault credentials available when setup requires them.

Steps — operations

1. Open HR → HR Integrations.
2. Export / Import employees (JSON) as needed.
3. Manage Attendance devices: probe, poll, reprocess; TCP pull or ADMS push paths.
4. Maintain device↔employee mappings and review events.

Steps — setup

1. Open HR → HR integrations setup.
2. Enable sync, interval minutes, require field mapping / vault credentials as needed.
3. Maintain connector types catalog.

Result

Attendance events and employee payloads sync according to setup. Filing to external statutory portals remains outside this screen.
