Find purchase quotes

Goal

Find, filter, and open purchase quotes.

Who it is for

Purchaser with purchasing.view.

Preconditions

• Module purchasing enabled.

Steps

1. Open Trade → Purchase quotes.
2. Filter by status (draft, converted, …), supplier, or date.
3. Open a row for detail and convert actions.
4. Choose New to create a draft quote (purchasing.manage).

Result

You can locate the quote and continue to convert or edit.
