Edit a purchase quote

Goal

Correct a purchase quote while it is still editable.

Who it is for

Purchaser (purchasing.manage).

Preconditions

Draft quotes are editable.
Converted quotes are immutable — you cannot delete or freely edit after convert.

Steps

Open the quote from Purchase quotes.
If status is draft, choose Edit, adjust supplier/lines (qty > 0, unit cost, warehouse for stock), and save.
If already converted, open the resulting purchase order instead.

Result

Draft changes are saved, or you continue on the order created from the quote.
