Goal

Prepare geography keys before determination rules and exemptions.

Steps

1. Enable statutory_compliance and grant tax.view / tax.manage.
2. Decide coding convention (e.g. SA, SA-RYD) and levels you will use.
3. Create jurisdictions for every place of supply you determine tax for.
4. Create tax determination rules that reference those jurisdictions.
5. Optionally add tax exemptions for certificate overrides.

Result

Tax & Statutory nav can drive determination without missing jurisdiction references.
