Find price lists

Goal

Browse, open, and manage price lists and their line prices.

Who it is for

Clerk with pricing.view; create/edit/delete needs pricing.manage.

Preconditions

• Module pricing_promotions enabled.
• Permission pricing.view.

Steps

1. Open Directory → Products → Price lists.
2. Review the table: Code, Name, Currency, Validity, Default, Commerce, Actions.
3. Click a Code to open a read-only detail dialog.
4. Use Prices on a row to manage item unit prices for that list.
5. Choose New price list (pricing.manage) to create a header.
6. Use Edit / Delete on a row when you have manage permission.

Result

You can locate a list, maintain its lines, or open create/edit.

The list is a document workspace: queue tabs, search that applies when you choose Apply, and a side preview. Open goes to the full record when that page has one. Settings appears in the page actions when you can view that setup page.
