Find POS reason codes

Goal

Browse and filter reason codes by context.

Who it is for

pos.view to list; manage needs pos.admin.configure_register.

Preconditions

• Module pos.

Steps

1. Open Point of Sale → Reason Codes.
2. Filter by context (All contexts or a specific context) and active-only if offered.
3. Open a row to edit, or New reason code.
4. Confirm before delete (Delete this reason code?).

Result

You see the catalogue cashiers must pick from on the floor.
