Convert or cancel a sales quote

Goal

Turn an accepted quote into an order or invoice, or cancel it.

Steps

1. Open the draft quote.
2. Convert → Order (primary) or Convert → Invoice.
3. Continue on the new draft order/invoice (invoice still needs post).
4. To abandon: Cancel when status allows; you cannot delete a converted quote.

Hard stops

Already converted; workflow forbids transition; document immutable after convert.
