Common problems

| Create: no component lines | Empty BOM | Add lines then activate |
| Cannot Release | Not planned; policy needs BOM/routing | Fix status; attach BOM/routing or change Manufacturing setup |
| Materials can only be issued… | Status not released/in_progress | Release first |
| Tenant policy does not allow partial material issues… | Partial lines with policy off | Use Issue all or enable Allow partial material issue |
| Issue quantity exceeds the outstanding… | Over-issue | Lower issue qty |
| Stock / period errors on issue or complete | Insufficient stock or closed period | Receive stock or open period |
| No cost has been accumulated in WIP… on complete | Nothing issued/applied | Issue materials or apply ops first |
| Cannot cancel | WIP cost > 0 or already closed | Complete properly or leave as in progress; cannot wipe posted WIP via cancel |
