Recruiting & Talent

Goal

Run requisitions, candidates, and offers through to hire into the employee lifecycle.

Who it is for

Recruiters and hiring managers (recruiting.view / .manage), admins (recruiting.admin).

Preconditions

• Module recruiting enabled.
• Interview types / reject reasons configured in Recruiting setup when you use those catalogs.
• hr_lifecycle recommended so Hire creates onboarding work.

Steps

1. Open HR & Time → Recruiting & Talent (route talent).
2. Create a requisition for an open role.
3. Add candidates and move stages: screening → interview → offer → hired / rejected / withdrawn.
4. Create an offer (pending → accepted / rejected / withdrawn).
5. Use Hire on a successful candidate to create/link the employee and lifecycle hire events.
6. Admins configure interview types and reject reasons under Recruiting setup.

Result

Hired candidates become (or link to) employees ready for onboarding tasks and payroll setup.
