Find SKUs (items)

Goal

Search, filter, and open sellable SKUs across product models.

Who it is for

Catalog clerk with catalog.view.

Preconditions

• Signed into the correct tenant; catalog is always available (core module).

Steps

1. Open Products → SKUs.
2. Use search (Search SKUs…) and filters: Type (All / Product / Service / Bundle), In stock only, Categories, price range as needed.
3. Review columns (Image, SKU, Name, Type, Primary category, Tax category, Product model, Lifecycle). Customize columns with the column picker.
4. Open a row to the item workspace (General and detail tabs).
5. Choose New item (catalog.manage) to create a SKU, or use Catalog’s create wizard for variants.
6. Optional: print a price label from the row actions; bulk commerce offer actions appear when commerce publish permissions are present.

Result

You can locate the SKU and open it for edit, barcodes, pricing, or archive.

The list is a document workspace: queue tabs, search that applies when you choose Apply, and a side preview. Open goes to the full record when that page has one. Settings appears in the page actions when you can view that setup page.
