Find work orders

Goal

Find work orders and run shop-floor actions from the list or detail.

Who it is for

manufacturing.view (+ manage/produce for actions).

Preconditions

• Manufacturing module on.

Steps

1. Open Production → Work orders.
2. Columns: Number, Item, Quantity, WIP cost, Status.
3. List actions by status: Release (planned), Issue all / Complete (released or in progress), Cancel (planned/released when allowed).
4. Open a row for materials (Issue selected) and operations (Apply).
5. New work order to create (manufacturing.manage).

Result

You can drive production from planned through completed.
