Edit a price list

Goal

Update a price-list header or its item prices.

Who it is for

Clerk with pricing.manage.

Preconditions

• List exists; module and pricing.manage available.

Steps

1. From Price lists, choose Edit on a row (or open the list and edit).
2. Change Code, Name, Currency, validity, Channel, Default, Commerce flags as needed.
3. Save the header.
4. Open Prices to add, edit, or remove lines. When editing a line, Item is locked; change unit, min qty, or unit price.
5. Confirm delete on a line or on the whole list when retiring a book (deletes immediately — there is no draft/post workflow).

Result

Resolved quotes use the updated header filters (currency/validity) and line prices on the next resolve. Existing saved quote lines follow Quote price lock in Pricing setup (preserve vs reprice on convert).

Hard stops

Same as create: commerce-default must be published; duplicate line grain rejected; validation on money/qty.
