POS Command Center

Goal

Monitor branch POS health at a glance: sales pulse, exceptions, sync backlog, and device fleet.

Who it is for

Managers with pos.report.branch_sales.

Preconditions

• Module pos; devices and sales flowing so KPIs are meaningful.

Steps

1. Open Point of Sale → POS Command Center (/pos/command-center). Default landing for /pos.
2. Review KPI cards from GET /v1/pos/enterprise/command-center:
   • Sales / Gross sales
   • Open exceptions → drill to Exceptions
   • Pending sync / Sync conflicts → Sync Conflicts
   • Online devices / Revoked devices → POS Devices
   • Clock drift
3. Use Refresh to reload. This screen has no date-range filter — for dated analytics use the sales report.

Result

You see live operational risk signals and can jump to remediation lists.
