Find promotions

Goal

Browse promotions and open coupons, edit, or delete.

Who it is for

pricing.view to list; promotions.manage to change.

Preconditions

• Module pricing_promotions enabled.

Steps

1. Open Directory → Products → Promotions.
2. Columns: Code, Name, Discount, Trigger, Scope, Validity, usage (used / limit), Active, Actions.
3. For coupon triggers, open Coupons to maintain codes.
4. Use New promotion, Edit, or Delete when permitted.

Result

You can see which rules are live and manage coupon codes.

The list is a document workspace: queue tabs, search that applies when you choose Apply, and a side preview. Open goes to the full record when that page has one. Settings appears in the page actions when you can view that setup page.
