Stocktakes (counts)

Goal

Count warehouse stock and post adjustments.

Preconditions

inventory.view; posting counts needs inventory.count.

Steps

1. Open Inventory → Stocktakes (/stocktakes).
2. Create a count for a warehouse; add lines (system qty is snapshotted).
3. Enter counted quantities.
4. Post the count — creates count-adjustment movements. Already-posted counts cannot be posted again; reason codes may be required.
