Guided Setup
Goal
Complete the current workspace’s go-live prerequisites and the recommended operational masters for enabled capabilities, then go live when every required check has passed.

Clerks without tenant.view do not see this page. Creating another workspace remains Organization → New workspace.
Preconditions
- You are signed in to the workspace you intend to take live.
- Required checks use the existing go-live service. Recommended tasks never block go-live.
- Country-pack Palestine workspaces also require an active 16% sales tax and the Cheques plus POS modules.

Steps
- Open Guided Setup and Refresh checks if you just changed masters.
- Complete Required before going live in order. A blocked task names the checks to finish first. Fix opens the exact settings section or operational list.
- If a task says a workspace administrator or platform operator must act, ask that person. Operator tasks open the Ops tenant page when you have those platform permissions.
- Review Recommended for enabled capabilities. Disabled modules hide their recommendations unless another enabled task still needs that master. POS terminals stay blocked until an active warehouse and bank account exist.
- When every required check has passed and your email is verified, choose Go live and confirm.
Result
Required checks move the workspace from draft to ready, then live. Recommended catalog, party, warehouse, tax, treasury, POS, payroll, and employee masters stay visible so enabled capabilities have somewhere to post. Settings policies remain on the Settings workspace.
Hard stops
- The tenant is not ready to go live: complete all required readiness checks first.
- Unverified email on go-live → 422.
- Missing permission hides Fix; the task still explains who must complete it.
- Recommended records such as a warehouse or customer are not go-live blockers; documents still fail later if those masters are missing.
